Operations

Nursing Operations

Customer satisfaction is a top priority in many organizations. As a leader with years of experience ensuring customer satisfaction, We have a proven track record of improving customers’ perception of an organization. Spotting issues quickly and finding meaningful solutions promotes a win-win atmosphere for the customer and as well as the organization.

As health organizations face challenges with patient flow and throughput, overcrowding in emergency rooms, delays in patient discharge, and the utilization of hallway beds, many leaders struggle to find solutions; in fact, in many of our organizations, this struggle has become the new norm. The crisis prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these negative experiences for many patients and families, resulting in a decrease in patient satisfaction with their care. I have developed a proven system for facilitating early discharge and preventing bottlenecks in the emergency room, as well as on the patient care units. Why not have our team show you how to establish this system at your medical center and improve the patient experience in your organization.
